Trader Joe's Rebranded Their English Muffins
I have some stuff going on today, so a short post. It always felt a little funny to me that Trader Joe's called these baked goods, "British muffins." Just never understood why (probably missed a Fearless Flyer article at some point). Anyway, I breathed a sigh of relief this past Monday when I went to pick up my weekly ration and saw that they had rebranded them, "English muffins." Here's the pic:
Everything else seems to be unchanged ... same ingredients, same flavor. I enjoy one of these every morning with a fried egg and Zhoug sauce. Sometimes I'll have another for lunch and a third for dinner. Read more about my adoration of Zhoug sauce here.
